Online Account

As a registered user, you must log in to www.satis.fashion using your email and a password of your choice. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your password. Any orders placed from your login ID will be deemed as authorized by you and fulfilled accordingly.

Terms of Operations

Satisfashion reserves the right, at its discretion, to suspend or terminate any services without prior notice. Any existing orders will be fulfilled or refunded. Satisfashion also retains the right to refuse services without providing a reason and will not be liable for damages resulting from website use.

Warranty and Liability

Satisfashion is not liable for any damage arising from products shipped to members or products purchased through "SatisFashion Boutique." We bear no responsibility for any delays or failures in performing obligations under these Terms and Conditions caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Damaged Products

While our team conducts thorough quality checks before shipping, damages occurring in transit after shipment are beyond our control. If you receive a damaged product, contact us at support@satis.fashion within 48 hours of receiving your order with a picture of the damage. We will replace the item based on stock availability. We will not entertain claims of damage reported after 48 hours of order receipt.

Missed Delivery

Our logistics partners attempt delivery thrice. Unclaimed orders will be returned to us. Reshipping requires an additional fee of ₹250. For Cash-on-Delivery orders returned, re-shipment will occur after online payment of the same, plus additional shipping charges.
