SHIPPING AND DELIVERY - INDIA

Satisfashion ships to all pin codes within India. We have partnered with reliable logistics services to ensure professional handling and timely delivery of your products.

ORDER DISPATCH

Orders from Satisfashion are typically processed and dispatched within 1 working day. You will receive an email notification containing your order's tracking details once it is shipped. If there are any delays in processing, we will promptly notify you about the possible delays.

ORDER TRACKING

Upon dispatch, an email containing the Tracking URL and AWB number will be sent to you. You can use the provided tracking details to live track your order.

ORDER DELIVERY

For Deliveries Within India:

Our logistics partner typically delivers shipments within 2-3 days for metro cities and 5-7 days for non-metro cities from the dispatch date. Any unforeseen circumstances or rare operational issues may lead to delivery delays. Please track your order using the information provided via your registered email ID.

Please Note: An Indian Mobile Number is mandatory to receive package deliveries within India due to OTP-based delivery. Failure to receive the OTP may result in non-delivery, incurring additional charges if the package returns to our warehouse.

For International Orders:

International orders may take approximately 15 days to reach you. In rare cases of delay, please contact us at support@satisfashion.satis.fachion for further assistance.

SHIPPING CHARGES

Shipping within India:

  • Free shipping for all prepaid orders within India.
  • ₹125 Shipping/Cash handling charge for all COD orders within India.

International Shipping:

  • International shipping charges are based on the product weight and will be automatically added to your cart during checkout. Shipping charges follow the DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis.
  • Product prices and shipping charges do not include import duties. As the recipient, you are liable for any import duties, customs, or local sales taxes. Ensure payment of these fees to receive your order. Failure to do so might result in the order being held at customs or returned to our warehouse, where shipping charges will not be refunded, and return charges may apply.
