Returns & Refunds at Satisfashion

At Satisfashion, we understand that your preferences might change, or the received product may not meet your expectations. We want you to be satisfied with your purchase and hence, offer a straightforward 3-step return policy. We value your satisfaction and provide a coupon code equivalent to the returned product value for your future purchase. Here are the steps for returning your purchases from Satisfashion.

  1. Inform:

    • Please email us at support@satisfashion.satis.fachion within 48 hours from the delivery time with the name and image of the product you wish to return.
    • We will approve your return request, after which the return process will commence.

  2. Return:

    • Once your return request is approved, pack the product securely with its original packaging with tag without removed from the product
    • and ship it back to us within 5 days from the return request approval date.
    • The shipping cost for returning the product will be borne by the customer. Please use a reliable courier service and share the tracking details once the product is shipped.

  3. Refund:

    • Once we receive the returned package, we'll notify you within 24-48 hours about the receipt.
    • After a quality check, we will calculate the applicable refund as per our Refund Policy.

Cancellation of Your Order:

  • Orders can be canceled until they are shipped from our warehouse. For COD orders, confirmation will be sought before shipping.
  • Prepaid orders canceled before shipping will be refunded as per your choice: either a refund coupon code or a refund to your original payment mode (with a 5% deduction as PG charges).

REFUND POLICY

  • Mode of Refund:

    • Refunds will be in the form of a one-time use coupon code, valid for 1 year from the date of issuance, and can be used for your future purchases.

  • Applicable Deductions:

    • A deduction of ₹250 is applicable for non-acceptance of prepaid orders, covering forward and reverse shipment costs.
    • No bank transfer/credit to the source will be provided for undelivered and returned packages.

  • Eligibility:

    • All products sold on our website are eligible for return against a credit of a coupon code.
    • Damaged, used, or products sent without original packaging are not eligible for refunds.

  • Refund Time:

    • The coupon code refund will be processed within 3 working days upon receiving the returned products or the order cancellation confirmation.

Damaged Product Received:

In the rare event of receiving a damaged product:

  1. Inform within 48 Hours:

    • Create a video or images showing the issue and email it to team@satis.fashion within 48 hours of receiving the package.

  2. Reverse Pickup (Only for orders delivered within India):

    • If your return is approved, we'll arrange a free reverse pickup within 24 hours.

  3. Resolution:

    • Upon successful reverse pickup, we'll dispatch a replacement package if available or issue a full refund coupon code for your next purchase.
